Out of curiosity, whats your preference as your go to lens for portraits the 85 or 70-200?
I would probably say the 85! Good range and excellent bokeh. Decided to use the 70-200 for this shoot since I was using strobes and never needed a wider apperture. For headshots though 70-200 hands down but overall the 85 is my go to lens.

Unbelievable! Tack sharp at 1/13th of a second at f/2.8! Good luck trying the same on the previous 70-200mm! The new vibration reduction system really works and you can get some magical shots with this lens. Wedding photographers will absolutely love this!
